6–12 Science Teacher
Could include Biology, Chemistry, 6th–8th Grade Science, and/or High School Health

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Overview:
Salem Christian Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to serve as a Middle School & High School Science Teacher. This role is ideal for someone who loves exploring the wonders of God’s creation through science and is committed to integrating Christian values and a biblical worldview into their teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging science lessons for middle and high school students, building a strong foundation in scientific principles and critical thinking.

  • Teach courses that may include Biology, Chemistry, 6th–8th Grade Science, and/or High School Health, based on experience and school needs.

  • Create a classroom environment that encourages curiosity, inquiry, and hands-on learning.

  • Integrate Christian principles and a biblical worldview into science instruction and classroom management.

  • Provide differentiated instruction to meet the varying needs of students at different academic levels.

  • Assess and monitor student progress through labs, assignments, quizzes, tests, and projects.
